As we commemorate this day, we emphasize that the responsibility of nurturing and empowering our girls begins with parents, particularly in their moral upbringing.
The larger society must collectively ensure their safety, education, and well-being, while Government plays a complementary role in protecting, nurturing, and fostering their mental development.
Together, let’s strive to build a brighter future for the girl children in Anambra East and West.
