ABOUT FARDEP
Empowering Rural Communities
FARDEP (Farming Resilience & Development Programme) is a pilot initiative by Anam Initiative designed to reduce flood-related losses, protect household incomes, and stabilise the education calendar for children in Anambra West. The pilot focuses on community-identified, ready-to-work home-based farmers and delivers training, inputs and practical resilience measures that help farmers transition stronger each year.

Day of Arrival
25th December marks the official arrival and awareness day across all communities.
FARDEP Launch
The first edition of the FARDEP project kicks off on 26th December at 10 AM.

Evening sessions feature experts teaching culture, values, education, skills, and family topics.
Coronation Day
27th December hosts Ada Anam 2026 coronation, competitions, wrestling, dancing, and an all-night praise concert.
